A day of empowering workshops on sacred sexuality and the Divine Feminine featuring Introduction to Tantra, Yoga for Sensual Depth, Owning Your Orgasms,  Pre-History Mesoamerican Goddesses and Crystal Healing, Dramatic ritual enactment of the Sumerian Goddess myth "The Descent of Inanna", potluck and dance party, childcare.

9 am - registration

9:30 Welcome and orientation to the day

10:00 - 11:30 Yoga for Sensual Depth with Avery Kalapa. Avery teaches at High Desert Yoga and has been involved with the Wise Fool Circus Training.  She is an artist, passionate about women's empowerment and is an accomplished teacher.

11:30 - 12:30 Owning Your Organisms with Alexandra Raymond-Ross.  Alex is an artist, specializing in creative video, and about to receive her Master of Fine Arts Degree.  She works at Self-Serve in Albuquerque and is extremely knowledgeable on the subject of sex. This class will discuss pleasure centers in female and male anatomy including the clitoris, g-spot, prostate, and anus. We will cover arousal processes, mental strategies, and toys. She will discuss how creativity and imagination can deepen your masturbation practice. If you have ever  struggled to have an orgasm or you want to deepen their masturbation practice, join this fun and inspiring workshop.

 LUNCH - bring your own recommended.  A nice cafe on site, but they have few lunch items, mostly . coffees and pastries.

1:30 - 2:45 Introduction to Tantra with Dr. Rasa Lila.  Rasa is a naturopathic doctor, specializing in women's health.  She teaches women's empowerment through sacred sexuality, honoring the relationship with oneself first to more fully open to other relationships.  She has studied and practiced tantra, Buddhism, meditation, women's anatomy of arousal and womanly arts.  She loves sharing these skills to enhance pleasure, self-acceptance and radiant joy

3:00-4:15  Pre-Hispanic Goddesses and Crystals with Veronica Iglesias from Mexico City.  This is a rare opportunity to learn about Goddesses of Mesoamerica and how you can connect with them on your healing path.  The Goddesses will be represented in a Medicine Wheel which will show you where you are in your personal process.  Veronica is a crystal healer and will introduce you not only to a powerful circle of Goddesses but to their related crystals and their properties.

4:30-7:00 Descent to the Underworld!  Reclaiming Your Shadow and Owning your Power with Caite Mathis.  This final event of the day will have you participating in a dramatic, improvised enactment of the Mesopotamian myth of Inanna/Ishtar, Queen of Heaven and Earth, in her descent to encounter her sister, Queen of the Underworld.  This empowering experience follows Inanna as she undergoes death and resurrection, returning to her earthly domain with greatly enhanced powers because she is now whole, having integrated the primordial, instinctual feminine aspects of the Underworld Goddess.  Caite has taught creative dance and theater for twenty five years. Her passion is Ancient Goddesses and the wisdom teachings of ancient religions, especially Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece and the Maya.  She is an ordained Priestess of Isis and Sekhmet and has travelled to many of the world's most sacred sites. 

If you wish to stay after 7 pm, there will be a potluck and dance party we are sharing with another group onsite at The Source for no extra charge.  Bring some food to share!
